Default Roadster and coupe rear panel install.

I am just trying to find out how difficult it would be to remove and replace the rear panel on a '31 roadster. The panel below deck lid. Also are any of the ones available good or all the same, like Brookville or Howell's? Does it get welded in place or bolted in? I guess it then needs filled in on the ends to blend in with quarters? Someone replaced or patched mine years ago and there is not even the bead on the bottom.Guess now would be the time to fix it but car really does not need a complete paint job so matching Kewannee green will be tough.I bought a can from Ford barner last month it is old lacquer from Mark Co.
