Default Engine Lift for $100 at H/F

I just got my weekly coupon packet in yesterday's mail, and I see the $100 H/F coupon is back again. I bought one of these engine lifts (cherry picker) and it works fine.

BTW, I used to pick cherries for a farmer when I was in junior high, so how did the engine lift get the nickname "cherry picker"?

If you don't get the coupon in the mail or on line, then maybe just writing the coupon number on a piece of paper will work. I did that once because my printer doesn't work. One clerk refused it, but a couple days later another clerk took it just fine.
Coupon # 17962166 and it's good through 7/6/17

Tom,

That's for the one ton lift, right?

Yes, it's for the one ton, which is the one I bought. I made my own A frame, but sometimes this might come in handy, like if I need to reach inside my Olds to lift out a 425 pound Delco Light Plant.

Now, where would a person even find such a thing.

I've had one for a few years, can't beat the 99 buck coupon. I've used it for many things and it's great, like all equipment it's fine when used within its limits.

Tom, that is a one heck of a price $100.

I was there yesterday and the 1 ton, if you can use a 20% coupon was $144.00, if no coupon $179.99.

I can not find anything on your Coupon # 17962166.

I did find some stuff. I like the strip magnets. Coupons good till 3/31/17.

Looks like you are saving an old gas tank. When I changed the tank on my brother's Caravan, I saved the old tank and cut the bottom off and use the top half for cleaning parts.

Tom, that sound like a good idea. However that tank in the picture is for my '55 Ford Ranchwagon.

I did have a tank out of my Dad's Taurus that he crushed. I wish I had thought of using it for parts cleaning. I would have had to beat on it a little tho.

A guy in a previous thread used the two ton hoist to lift his Roadster body off the frame by himself. I have a coupon for the two ton hoist for $179. Good deal also.
