I just can NOT find a picture to show me just what holds that down, and don't seem to have it in my pile. Could somebody describe that for me? I see where it attaches to the head, is it just a big thick washer? Thanks!

It is a piece that is hard to describe. Maybe someone will post a picture.

I have a couple of spares at my shop. If no one else comes up with a picture, I believe I can. BTW, they were used on a bunch of different Ford products. I bought a couple off eBay a couple of years ago from a tractor dealer who was clearing out their old stock. I took a chance, just going by the picture, but they sere the same when I received them.
