Default eezibleed brake bleeder

I have a quick question here. I bought an Eezibleed Brake Bleed kit & had to make an adapter out of the master cylinder cap. The cap has a vent hole, should this hole be plugged? I'm thinking it should be or fluid may run all over. Thanks.

Yes, the cap vent needs to be plugged.

Used mine today. Worked great on the Sedan.

"Speed Bleeders" are cheaper and easy to use.

Hi Mart, what does your master cylinder adapter cap look like? I haven't had much luck with my modification. It tends to weep when I use it. Thanks.

I used the cap off a master cylinder that I bought from Rockauto. It is metal and has a secondary cap that screws in with a bleed hole in it. This part of the cap does not have a breather. I mentioned it in a previous thread on the subject. I drilled and tapped for 1/8 NPT, used an adaptor and then put in a piece of 1/4" brake pipe. Just what I had around.
