Default Tell me what this is

I saw the back end of this coupe today. But it's quite a way off the road. I want to say its either a 28 or 29 A. But can't tell for sure. It's not a very good picture. It's a ways off and I used my phone.

Things like this are why I carry a good pair of binoculars behind the seat of my pickup. Nice find. Rod

With our hog problem. I keep a gun with a scope on it. But it would not look good pointing it out the window. Like I said I think its a A. But not 100% sure.

My best guess from what I can see is maybe a 28-29 special coupe.

I do not see a split in the corners at the top, so thinking it is a Standard coupe. Will look at it on the regular computer later, using my phone most of the day. Busy getting stuff listed for ebay. Rod

Definately a Standard coupe. How bad is the right side? Left quarter would be alot of work to fix. Rod

I found out who owned the place. Going to see if I can get in touch with him. And if all works out. I will start trying to gather up the rest of it. The hard part will probably be finding the parts to fix the roof.

Looks like all you need to fix the roof is a different upper left . Unless I am mistaken the pieces above the door are the same as the tudor sedan. I have a set. Got them for Dad's Special coupe, but the ones for the Special coupe are wider, so will need to find the correct pieces. If you part it out I could use the right quarter if it is any good. Rod

If I can get it. I would like to salvage it. I will look around here for a cowl. I picked up one the other day. But it's a Murray cowl and would not work. Maybe be able to find a doodle bug around here to get one off of. If i do get it I might need those roof parts.

Talked to the guy today. Said he would sell it. Has what's there of the body. Both the doors and deck lid. And the the fenders that are just a rough. For 300 bucks. I'm going to go look at it again. And look over it some more.
