In the explanation part it said that the engine can be run and inspection of the valve valley can be accomplished ( looking for problems on a running engine )

Just like a tool that was used to inspect the hydraulic lifters on flathead Lincolns.

It is not misidentified. Larry knows his stuff. Perhaps better than most folks.
These are as rare as he states. On occasion a guy can find one side. The entire system in one place? Yep, rare indeed.

The agree I have this set up for a v8/60 & thought i was lucky to get gas can , I would love to have the can holder , this will give me pics to make one .

I saw that ad as well and as soon as I saw that it was K R Wilson I knew that it had to be something designed to be used when working on a flathead.
As stated. Very rare and Very neat.
