EMS! They are the best! Not sure how much they have for Mercury. Might be some of the Ford stuff will swap over.

EMS rockers, floor pans, inner rear quarter should fit. The front quarter and outer rear quarter are where the merc is different I think

Found this new stuff by 3M, Cavity Wax, 08552 and 08551.
Wished they coated my patch panel when insatalled, now have a bit of rot under paint at horizontal, seam?

KBS Coatings also sells a cavity wax.

I used several of their products on my 55 Victoria.

Cavity wax is a must. hit all the welded seams with it too. moisture works its way in between the spot welds and rusts.

get into the rockers... there is a cowl plug in the front shoulder where the front fender bolts up. you should be able to put a 360 degree nozzle on some tubing and shoot it in there.
attached is a shot of the access hole before repair.

I've had my victoria done. I'll rust before it does.
