Default Front fender dilemma

Has anybody seen or have fenders like these ?? Are they aftermarket, something special, limited production, or what? The crease is highlighted with a marker, and different from other fenders I have. Front crease stops about a inch from the edge and the aft crease fades into a reverse J.
Any help or ideas appreciated, thanks Don.

Do you have a pair? Perhaps they are very early production. Tell us about the rest of the car.

I bought a Sept 30 leatherback Vicky 15 years ago and finally getting it done, and ran into this. The car also had a c engine, 32 rad and shell and KH bent spokes. The rear valance was also a little different than other Vickys.
