Not in my religion.
We wouldn't need to have this attitude if the legal system worked. Around these parts its "the catch and release program" .

It does also say the punishment for adultery is death. God had set punishments as deterrents for sins to keep us from those sins. Does death for adultery seem harsh? God knows we are inherently evil and without punishment we will sin more readily. My point in the beginning was not that we should find the theif and hang him but that the justice system is not harsh enough to deter crime hence crime is rampant. Regardless I didn't intend to turn this into a religious and moral thread so I'm jumping off my soap box to just talk about our hobby and enjoy myself. Sorry to everyone it went here that was not my intention.

update --- still no sign of it or leads

note if you see the 36 -- it will have some damage in the front because it
was not tied down in the trailer when they drove off and there is damage inside the trailer where it bounced off the trailer walls ...argh ...

when the cops found the empty trailer in in West Point CA it was being converted to a "gas stealing trailer" .. by installing huge tanks inside to park over the fill caps at gas stations to stea gas from the under ground tanks ...

yep it is not pretty out there and gun sales are up 18% and ammo is out of stock

..

If the theives did that much work, to the trailer, you would think that there would be fingerprints, all over that trailer !
It seems they wanted the trailer, instead of the car.

CRUZER DOG ......................
You are a few steps closer to finding the car. Keep us informed. Let's hope that they hid it in a barn, rather than burning it or rolling it into a river.

My response to this topic is a little OT, but then not really...
On two separate occasions, once here in SO Cal and once at my place in Idaho, I have had the need to call 911 for police response to a situation, once when the house next door was being broken into...
On both occasions the law never showed up... Claimed they could not find the location... On both occasions when I called the police during regular business hours to report the non-response, the officer that took my call told me... "Sir we do our best to respond to emergency assistance calls, however, when all is said and done, you should be prepared to take care of your self"!!
I now have a concealed weapon permit, just for that purpose...
