A update on my 1933 Ware house find
Well here goes after sitting for 46 years in a warehouse I soaked the old 59A Flathead for several days with Krol and acetone 50/50 and she broke free rather easy, however all the valves were stuck. See the video at my YouTube channel FRANKPKNY CASTLE will take you there. Soaking for several weeks, while I've been to busy to work on her I made a tool to poke into the spark plug holes from an old screwdriver. Managed to free all the valves, the engine feels like it has lots of compression, therefore I'll be working on the carburetors, installing a new distributor, wires, oil, gas tank (Dennis Carpenter) , I got the old fuel pump cranking well. I really want to run this old baby. Several photo's of the progress. My plan to to run her and see what she's made of prior to doing any serious work. I'll be addressing safety issues, IE brakes, tires, suspension, lights as required.

You could provide the direct link such as this---
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lfUgpSpgR2g Instead of making others have to look at 8 to 16 second snipits that should be deleted from Youtube.

Re: A update on my 1933 Ware house find
Nice score. Starting it without cleaning out 55 years worth of spider webs, wasp nests and mouse turds sound like the fast lane to "serious work". There is a reason it was stuck. A gasket set and some elbow grease is all I am advocating. Once inside, you may feel different. I am of the opinion that running cars don't get parked for half a century, nice to know what you have before you start it and cause damage. Anyway, nice car, I hope it works out whatever you do.

The sheet metal work looks in good shape. Is it a good idea to publish the serial number on a public forum?? It is nice and clear though.
