I my quest to find small width and also large diameter tires for my cut-down 16" wheels it narrowed down to Bridgestone Ecopia EP-02 195/80R16.
There width is 7.7" and height is 28.3".

I have Radials 16's with 16 Kelsey Hays wheels on my 34, not the 17's, I will check the tire size and if they are the same diameter tire then I will take a picture with a yard stick to get the height for reference

I have a set of 195 x75 X16 tyres on 1935 rims. At the time, 75 was the best aspect ratio I could get. I'd have bought the 80% ones if they were available so long as the price was OK. Mine are Maxxis light truck tyres with a 6 ply rating so there is no problem with load ratings when I am towing.
I've done about 7,000 miles on them - all done while towing a camper trailer. The few miles done without the camper were a sensation. The car was on rails aropund corners and round a bouts. My fuel economy was better than conventional tyres too.

I run that same tire the Bridgestone Ecopia 195/80-R16. They are made for electric cars and I believe have a very stiff sidewall. They roll extremely easily so I think gas mileage will be improved. I don't see too much difference in the ride but I have not experimented with lower air pressure. I have 40 pounds in them now. The handling is better than the old 21 inch tires. They don't follow grooves in the road etc. I will try to include a poor picture, the only one I have at the moment. I have not had them on for very long. They are a little shorter in hight so gearing is effected a little but I have an overdrive so that is not a big problem. They look OK but I would not say an improvement over the 21 inch wheels.

Firstly you say they handle better and don't follow grooves, then you say you don't think they are an improvement over the 21" wheels. Are you able to enlarge on this any please? Maybe I'm missing something but when the time comes, I would have considered those tyres so I want to know as much as I can beforehand.

What I meant was that I do think some aspects of handling are better but I don't feel they improved the looks of the car. They don't quite fill out the wheel wells like the 21s did but I think these are about the tallest tire you can get without going to a ridiculously fat tire.
