hot august nights
I know it is a bit early, but is anyone planning on going to or has been to Hot August Nights in Reno? I just signed up and am looking for a good hotel. Hints on what to do or not do?
Mike

Mike, Also put your question on H.A.M.B. site. I think you will get help on that site also.

Re: hot august nights
Never too early. I've been going every year for quite some time. Always stayed at JA Nugget in Sparks. Used to stay in Reno but got too crowded.

I attended Hot Ausgust Nites about 5 years ago and it was a blast - loved it. The auto museum in Rheno is a must. We couldn't get accomandations within our budget (am frugal) in Rheno so stayed in Carson City at the Best Western . It was only about 20 minutes away and was a great place to stay. Wife enjoyed it also. |
