Parking lot and cars waiting to be judged. That coupe with the blue wheels is Marco's. Marco is the guy behind it in the white T-shirt and dark glasses.

Car judging is almost done. Tech seminar is in progress.

Here's Marco's car being judged. Jack Ramsey's truck has the solution for carpool lane requirements.

Hubleys continue. Some cars are making the trip down the track in well under 3 seconds! A computer problem has temporarily brought a halt to the races.

Here's Marco's car being judged.
Actually I just drove in and parked the car NEAR the judging area. Susan and I then wandered around seeing old friends and making new ones. IF I ever "show" the car again it will be eight years from now when it's 25 years old. If it holds up the same as it has the first seventeen years it will be tough to resist.

We simply left the car there so anyone that cared to look it over could do so at their leisure.

Hey PS must have missed you. Had a great time today. Next week when I get home I'll upload the 150+ pictures I took. I met Marco at the end of the day but think I forgot to introduce myself. Sorry I was the one asking about the paint color.

I was planning to be there for the whole event, but then got a new job and had to work this weekend. However, I whined and whimpered this morning, so my boss finally caved and has now graciously allowed me to have Sunday off... so, at least I can get over there in the afternoon and check-out the Swap Meet portion of the show, before it's all said and done. Can't wait!

Marco: Yes, but your car did get a lot of attention from the judges. I didn't stop to say "hi" face to face because you were always so busy. But, I was the guy in the blue "Glenn Miller ORchestra" t-shirt.

Tiny- I got roped into helping with some official stuff anf time just got away. Aren't you going to be here today for the car games?

Bob- Excellent!

All- Will continue with photos today. Stand by...

Car games. I have the best time for the mechanics creeper races! Sorry to Ralph for "breaking" his car, haha!! My arm bumped the spotlight and shorted it, the car quit!!! Argh. The repair tent is handy. We pushed the Phaeton over there, some uphill. Whew!!
