Question Choke comes on after Warmup..?

I have an '87 F250 with a 351. I had th carb replaced last year with a Holley and everything is fine except one little thing... the choke comes back on after it has warmed up. I may drive it fifteen-twenty minutes shut it off for around 10-15 minutes and when I restart on come the choke. It stays on for around ten minutes and then all is fine.any ideas?

You should be able to loosen the three clamp screws and rotate the choke thermostat cap in the lean direction to reduce the tension. Best way is with an overnight cold engine. rotate the cap so it has just barely enough tension to close the choke plate. Be sure to hold the throttle open slightly so you don't get hung up on the fast idle cam when doing this.
