I assumed it was a tug used at an airport to move airplanes around, or maybe freight stored in a warehouse. Hope we get the correct answer.

Yes its a mining tug to pull ore cars out of mine shaft..been sitting for 50-60 years in the desert,it runs good now ,plan on putting a hoist on the back so I can move heavy stuff around my yard ....tug has 30 Model A motor and trans 29 radiator.. rear axle is worm gear Model T to get it geared down a bit.rubber tires..came out of area near Bishop ,Ca...sc
