Default Model A 31 right rear fender

I am sanding my fenders in preparation for painting.
I am working on the right rear fender.

This fender comes with two "folds" that appear to me to be original and not bent by accident.

Is this fender correct as shown in the attached picture?

Thanks,

Firstly, did that fender come off your car? Secondly, if not, have you had it on your car and bolted down? Never paint a car that has not been worked completely together to see all fits. You would be greatly disappointed on assembly.

The folds look fairly correct. However, maybe it is just the angle or position, the front curl looks sorta strange to me. Looks like it bucks in too much.

Shoot pics of full side view front and rear.

This looks like a 1930 fender. In 1931 there was a dimple stamped in the skirt to clear rear apron/skirt mounting fasteners. While the 1931 sedan-type fender was used on several models I believe the dimple was for the slant window sedans which I believe is your style.
