35 & 36 Ford Spark Plugs
My 1935 Ford currently has Champion D21 plugs. Champion chart (https://www.championautoparts.com/find-my-part/) recommends 516 plugs for 35 & 36 Fords. Would the Champion 516 plug be better for the 35 than the current D21?
My 1936 Ford currently has NGK AB-6 plugs. My 36 plug wires require than the nut be removable from the plug stud so it can fit over stud & nut replaced. Comments on the NGK AB-6 for the 36? I do have spare Autolite 386 plugs which have a removable nut. However, Autolite (https://www.autolite.com/parts-finder) does NOT list any Autolite plug for the 35 or 36 Ford. Autolite does list their 216 plug for the 1937. Any percentage in changing my 36 plug wires to snap on to increase my plug options? I have read all the forum plug queries. Thank you. Ernie |
