Default need help

a friend bought a '29 roadster the other day . has no knowledge of it at all . my question is 2 part :
1) 75# compression in all . i think it may have a 5:5 head . my 2 stock motors had 55# . any thoughts ?
2) when reving motor up , it kicks the water out of the radiator . i think the rad is pluged . lots of grease in it from , i presume , over lub on the water pump . any thoughts ?

2)b Get the radiator boiled and rodded, and hope it's otherwise good.

joe is right, summer is coming and since you have a radiator problem now is the time to fix it right, have a radiator shop boil and rod it out, save your money because there is not a radiator cleaner sold on the market that will clean a radiator
