Default macs auto parts backs their parts

ordered a trunk mat for my 50 ford , and in the catalog was told their were some defects because of the old molds ,when I received it, it wasn't the molds but the way it was shipped , after a phone call and a second mat that was sent the same way, folded in half then rolled up ,I talked to a team leader and she was very understanding and took care of the problem with a professional way , macs has come around the way they used to be ,keep up the good customer relations

Mac's customer service has always been there for me. Anytime there has been a problem it was taken care of in a professional way....no hassles! Great service!

they treated me like shit when my 27 roadster deck lid finally arrived 10 mths later.and was damaged due to the way they packed it.then ignored my emails.i had to ring them.they wouldnt send a new one and told me to take it to a panel beater and get them to fix it.took 6 mths to sort it out.was not happy.
