35 Front End Alignment
I need help determining the best method of establishing the correct front end
alignment on my 35. A step by step process will be greatly appreciated as I haven't come across any literature explaining the method on an old Ford. |

Re: 35 Front End Alignment
Peter,
It is covered extensively in the 1935 Service Bulletins, including photos. |

Re: 35 Front End Alignment
Even more is in the 1936 service bulletins, they changed to a fancy drive on rack that worked in degrees, and toe setting that factors in camber, much like modern machines

Re: 35 Front End Alignment
Thanks to all who responded. For now I'll try one of the methods I googled but
when I finally get her on the road I will have it professionally aligned as I plan on reproducing a correct non adjustable draglink so no turning back once I declare myself on the length of that. Peter |

Re: 35 Front End Alignment
Peter, I have a hardcover book with a date of 1936. It says, Ford Service School, wheel alignment. Measures 5 1/8 x 7 1/4 , 63 pages. Just about all you would ever need to know to get your job done. You might find it online someplace ?
