I noticed all of that too. I have my doubts about the authenticity of it. The picture could have been taken in just about any car park.
I would be VERY careful.

Looks like a scam to me. A single picture does not describe a car.. The area code is from the SF Bay Area, however, that does not mean the seller(?) is in the Bay Area. Such a low price?? If it sounds too good to be true, it is probably not.
