I'm the 3rd owner of a 1931 SW Fordor which has the picture upholstery.
The 2nd owner (Norm Sears - now deceased) bought the car in 1968 and insisted that the first owner (Jacob Silas) bought it new.
They both claimed this seat upholstery was original from the Ford dealership.
Can anyone confirm that this upholstery could actually be factory installed?

It appears to be 1926/27 Model-T Closed car fabric and not Model-A.

A gentleman who is still living in Denver, who knew both the original owner and the 2nd owner, says the 2nd owner didn't want to repair the worn driver side of the front seat because it was the original upholstery. He says everything about the car is original. It has only one tail light and the 2nd owner didn't want to add the right one, to stay original
It has no repair work and no rusted areas. It shows 97,560 on the speedometer.
