I rebuilt mine 5 years ago. Easy rebuild. Got my parts from Macs. I do have a press. If you do it be sure and measure where the pulleys sit on the shaft so your belts will line up again.

I got the bushings out using a kit I have for removing and installing bushings.
I took a closer look at the pulley today and found a crack. It doesn't look like it goes all the way through. Can I weld it? |

Definitely can weld it. It is cast iron.
Grind out the crack and stick weld it with cast iron rod. |
