Default fordoor front seat

I would like to shift the front seat of my 1930 fordoor back about three inches. The adjuster is already wound back.Is much involved to move the tracks back a bit more?
Many thanks, Vic

We did it on a friends car. We took a piece of plywood and cut it out in the shape for the seat, moved it back one set of holes (I believe there were three mounting holes) and just used longer screws. Worked great. It is a 1090 Briggs body sedan.

Look up mymodela.com They make a set of tracks easy to install & the seat will go back 6 inches.
