Book says to push down and turn horn ring or button ccw. That will work on the 49 or 50 but the 51 has a different steering wheel with a center support that comes across the wheel and there is no place to turn the horn ring. Any help appreciated.

That's for 49-50. On 51's there is two screws on the back that have to be removed.
