Correct rearview mirror
Could someone show me a picture of the correct R and L rearview mirrors for a 31 CCPU

There is no such thing as a correct R/S mirror. If you want something close (-i.e.: NOT fine-point), then what we used on this AA is what you likely want.

What about the review mirror in the center of the windshield on a 29 Phaeton? I know mine is not correct but I do not know what the correct one looks like.

There was no RH mirror on a LHD truck, only LH.

I have been searching the forum for info on how to repair a loose outside rearview mirror on my 1930 CCPU? Not sure how one tightens the 'grip on the ball'?

A lot of mirrors have 3 screws on the back, try tightening them a little.
