Default Help to ID Front Fenders. 39 Ford or Mercury or ?
Helping a friend clean out his garage. Came across this nice set of front fenders. Not sure exactly what year they fit. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Tough to tell from the photos. I'd offer a guess and say the light one is 1940 Ford, the dark one, '39 Ford.

I will take a WAG that they are 39-40 Mercury.

1939-1940 Mercury would make sense. His father had a 1939 coupe years back. If anyone has an interest in these, I will list them for sale in the swap meet section. Thanks for everyone's help.
