Default 64 Galaxie quarter window regulator

Looking for suggestions in replacing my right rear quarter window regulator.

The shop manual is more focused on adjustments than replacement. Lucky me, a friend cranked up the window without giving it some hand assistance pulling it up at the same time. I heard the regulator pop. Luck had I was able to move it to the up position.

I did find a replacing unit from AP Vintage Used Auto Parts, i believe they are out of Oklahoma.

The window belt line weather strips are not flexible enough and bind against the glass. I have not been able to find replacements.

It may just need new rollers and a good cleanup and lube. If it's similar to my Merc, the quarter glass and mechanism are contained in a module. You have to remove the rear seat cushion and back and the trim panel, then remove 6 or so bolts and the whole thing lifts out. Reverse the process to reinstall. Sounds easy enough but it will fight you both ways. The issue with the weatherstrips may just be a matter of adjustment.
