29 Tudor door bumper for door glass question
The door glass and the rear side window glass has a rubber bumper that cushions the glass at the very bottom of its travel. See pix
The metal bracket/holder for that rubber bumper has two small tabs that stick up into the bottom of the rubber bumper. Do I need to create a divot for that tab to fit into the rubber bumper??? |

Re: 29 Tudor door bumper for door glass question
I would like to make a guess. It would be nice to see the parts in relationship to size. From a designers point of view I'm thinking that the rubber slides in the grooves to the depth of the standing tip, and the lower one locks it in place.
I may be way off base, because i've never seen one. Just a guess. |

I added another pix--it shows that old rubber bumper being placed towards the inside of the car like the pix #4 Quote:
