Default Noise in Radio

After chasing the noise for many years my radio is noise free. I completely forgot about Resistor type spark plugs. I am not a fan of Champion but these plugs seem to be OK, as far as performance, etc. They have the same heat range as the H-10. The number is 854-RH-10C. I have these in a 53 Mercury motor. Could not find any other manufacture that made resistor plug for my motor

That I do not know, but is supposed to be a direct replacement. I never had any problems removing the H-10 when I used them before. What brought the resistor plug to my attention again, was a 49 spare motor that I took out of my 48 coupe. It had Autolight resistor plugs in it. I also have a noise suppressor inline with the power wire, but still had noise till I installed the resistor plugs.
