We are trying to locate owners of 1928 Standard Coupes made from November 1927 to early July 1928 for our research into the body production numbers stamped into the front body cross member.

Dave, I was looking at some of the old posts and saw yours -

I just bought a ‘28 Sport Coupe. It’s in really good condition - Needs paint and a new soft top - runs A OK. So far, my plans are to pull the fenders off, take the body off, clean and paint the lower stuff. With the body off, I will be able so see and record the mfg. number. Let me know if you want the number.
