Default Are the 51 Ford F4 & F1 bumpers interchangeable??

I am restoring/slight customizing a 51 Ford F4 and am having a hard time locating a F4 front bumper. Can I replace it with a 1951 F1 front bumper? I know the F1 bumper is inferior to the heavy F4 bumper but I can live with that if I can just bolt on a new F1 bumper.

I believe the f4 bumpers are deeper. The f1 bumper would not fit over the frame horns of an f4. Do st@ 2 b corrected.

Thanks for the responses!!!

I saw the fatfender list of interchangeable parts. However, if the thickness of the F1 vs F4 smooth bumper is the only difference I thought it may fit. I am probably going to have my original bumper chrome plated which will most likely be north of a grand. My only other option was to buy a F1- F3 chrome bumper, which is much less expensive.
