Default 180A Anti Squeak/Rattle Mounting Pads

The 180A and I believe all wood sill Model A bodies, were mounted to the frames with the pads shown in the drawing by Steely Dan that I have attached. I have attached a photo of two of the pads showing the #14 Blue Steel upholstery tacks that held the pad to the wood as it was mounted to the frame. I have beat myself to death trying to find these pads in the parts books and then a drawing...can someone give me a clue how to find the part number and what the part is called.

Interesting to note the gloss lack enamel remaining on the shank of the bolts. It's automotive archaeology.

I believe those are Snyders A-5001-P. Or am I missing something?
