Never knew carbs had flaps. Thanks for the laugh, I needed that as my sense of humor is alittle thin today. Rod

I saw no claims as it being OEM

I always get a laugh out of the countless "T" coil boxs being listed as "A" parts. According E-Bay dealers, about half of all parts Ford ever made will fit an "A".

I'll try to buy it. It's in better condition than the F1-B I have.

Ford did supply both tillotson and marvel carburetors as service replacements through the dealers. Not sure if the F-1B model was one of them but the tillotson XF model was supplied by the dealers.

Looks like somebody's been working on it... throttle shaft is in from the wrong side and the throttle "flap" ( ) is up-side down...

They do not make gasket sets or replacement parts for the F1B ; you will have to make your own housing gasket.

It took 8 F1B's to complete 5 F1B's when I rebuilt the ones I have.
Also a good idea to install heli-coils as upper housing bolt threads will strip just like the Tillotson Model X.

I have some extra parts if someone is in need.
