Default Block measurement?

For someone with an original drawing:

What the measurement from the cam center to the pan rail on an A Block?

What is diameter of the crank bore before Babbitt?

Camshaft centre from rail is 2.875-2.878
If I remember correct Main bore is 1.6875 (1. 11/16) ??
Cam to Crank centre line is 4.155
