Default 1950 Ford Tudor Wiring Harness

The harness comes through the firewall, where is it routed under the hood before connecting with the headlight area. Does it come through then travel along the top of the driver side fender well? How is it secured.
Car had no harness in it when I bought it, installing a custom harness from Speedway.
Thanks, Steve

Steve,

The harness is routed along the driver's side fender well, about halfway down - below the level of the solenoid. There were several large clips to hold it in place - you may be able to see holes where the clips were located. What is left of the harness goes up along the radiator support to the hole near the top.

Hard to see this without pictures. Don't have any available right now.

Steve,

Found a picture that might help. Hope you can make out the harness in the lower left in a clip just before it goes under where the starter solenoid would be. Most of the wires split off a this point, On the left you can see the wires going up to the voltage regulator.

The remaining wires in the harness, to the horn, headlights, and parking lights move along the lower edge of the fender well under the battery tray in the clips shown.

Here's a picture of my '51 wiring. Doesn't show much but may help.

Thanks Guys, that helps a lot. The holes are there but missing the clips. I will find some that will do the trick.
