Wood under pickup bed ?

I just received new steel to redo my truck bed.(2 center crossmembers and rear) I notice in pictures there are a couple of wood members that go along with new crossmembers. Is there anyone here who would be kind enough to give me correct measurements of all wood and its location ? Very pleased if you can offer assistance.

What year truck? All Ford trucks from 1931 to mid 1950 had wood under the steel bed deck.

Well, let me start over. I have new steel crossmembers for the subframe as well as a new rear rolled member and a new headboard. The picture diagram in a catalog shows two what appear to be full length pcs. of wood going all the way from side to side either inside or outside of these members and look like little blocks down on each end. Nothing to do with the metal pan that covers the wood. I hope to reinstall the wood floor only if it turns out well enough without metal pan.

You can buy that wood in a kit. Check with the people who repo the beds.

OOPS ! I was not paying good attention. Looking at a picture in a catalog and not reading the detail side information, these particular crossmembers do not require any wood in the case of this truck. I do thank you guys who responded with suggestions all the same.
