Default 1937 Ford Grille. Ratrod material

City: Parksville
State: B.C. Canada
Price: $250 OBO

The bad....This grille would cost alot of money to restore. Many of the fins are bent. It's had some weld repairs and has been rechromed over rust pits. I've learned that originaly there was a verticle support plate inside...that's missing.

The good....The basic outer shape appears real good so it should line up. There's plenty of solid metal, but surface rust showing.
It looks terrific from 5 feet.
Perfect on a ratrod...or perhaps a weathered original car.
.......Far from good.......good from afar
*Includes 2 headlight doors and a Ford script 85 emblem.

Price reduced from $388....to $250....OBO....I want it gone.
Possible trade for 1930-31 Model A parts. Thanks.
250-954-8525 or 250-248-4227 or email to this ad.
*P.S. Can deliver to Portland in April or Monroe in May.

$240 or best offer.
NEW revised description
....This grille has been stripped, weld repaired, then completely rechromed at an earlier time. There appears to be some rust present on the inside & outside, although it looks in basically good shape for it's age.
Some of the fins need straightening, worst at the bottom.
Included is a Script 85 grille badge and 2 stainless headlight doors which the village idiot chromed so it's flaking off in sheets.
From several feet people will love this grille providing it's not on a perfect car.
It could certainly get you on the road while you save for that cherry NOS unit ... or start with the grille and build your ratrod around it!
