Default Tool ID quiz

I found this tool at a swap meet...does anyone know some history on it?
The Pat number looks like 1-4-19

My guess...a cutomer give away for buying a car or having service done. A combination screwdriver (tire iron?).

It's an early dealer promotional item screwdriver..., as Rock said.. probably a giveaway item from the dealers. They were made in a small and large version. They can be found on ebay from time to time as well as Hershey and a few of the swap meets.

Thanks but no thanks.
I can see that being a $30xx call where I'm repeatedly put on hold and faced with explaining the nature of my call, over and over, to several dissinterested staff members.
It's not that important really. Cheers.

And most likely, there will be no one there who knows the answer.

I had a license frame with "WILLIAMSON MOTORS" on it!!!
Should I have KEPT it? Could it be EXTREMELY valuable & collectible? Could I have retired, AGAIN? Bill W.

Bill, it would only be "valuable" to someone named Williamson. Now if you found one with "Horton" on it, that would be valuable!
