How do you lock a 31 Victoria?

I am restoring a 31 Vicky and have a locking exterior door handle for the right door. How is the latch for the left side locked from the inside to prevent the door from being opened from the outside? I don't see anything on the latch mechanism that would lock it. Any clues appreciated. Dan

It’s the remote where the inside handle mounts
There’s a setting on the spring and unit that locks it

The drivers side interior door release handle is pushed forward, counter clockwise to lock.

I don't have a Vicky, but I lock mine in the garage.
On the road I don't lock it because 99.9% of people would not know how to start it let alone drive it.
And I always pack, so no car jacking with this old man.

Original outside door handles are made out of stainless steel and the replacements are chrome plated pot metal.
