Fan Hitting Radiator Follow up
Water pump shaft will not move forward so no end play, but found the fan loose on the water pump shaft again. Will purchase one of the new aluminum 2 blades to see if the problem goes away. Thanks to all who answered my posting.

Re: Fan Hitting Radiator Follow up
when you get the new fan,I would suggest checking the fit on the shaft taper before you tighten.Model A Times did an article on water pump fans and shafts that had the wrong taper. Causes loose fan.If the new fan doesn't fit ,the pump shaft could be off.
