Default 36 headlight wiring harness

I'm preparing to replace the headlight harness on my 36.
Will there be a problem pulling headlight socket pigtail through headlight stands or should I remove lights to feed through?

I tried pulling old wiring out and it's not moving.

Thanks!

There is a problem, the three wires are the same length and three terminals will not fit through the hole at the same time. I cut two of the terminals off and then pull the harness in using a string through the hole to assist, then resolder the two terminals, but make each one shorter than the next in case they have to come out.
