Default Oil Leak

I have a little oil leak so I thought I would clean up the engine and tighten up all pan and oil related bolts.
The pan bolts were quite tight but the bolts holding the oil return pipe were not so tight.
I snugged them up a little but was afraid to tighten as tight as the pan bolts.
I feel this is where my leak is coming from.
How tight do you feel these two bolts should be?
Thanks
Lee

the oil return pipe has gaskets to seal the pipe on both ends and sealing washers under the bolt heads.
why not buy new gaskets for the pipe and new bolts w washers

Lee there are a number of different gaskets used for the oil return pipe the cork gaskets you can only just nip up too tight and they deform
the harder gaskets need to be tightened a little more to seal

Thank you both - I will snug it up a little and keep my eye on it.
