35/36? Waltham Speedometer

I believe this speedometer is '35/'36 vintage but I'm not positive. It will need to be completely gone thru or use for parts. The trip odometer resets and the needle bounces. Other than that I don't know anything about it. It came from some parts a friend of a friend had who passed and I'm assisting his widow to sell the parts. $25.00 OBO plus shipping. Cash, check, or USPS money order. PayPal OK, buyer pays the PayPal fee. Local pick up in SoCal, Redlands OK. Tim
