For Sale 1940 Ford Deluxe 2 Dr. Sedan

Price $12,500

Same owner since 1978. Rebuilt flathead V-8 Mercury with two Stromberg 97 carburetors and aluminum Offenhauser heads and aluminum Offenhauser intake manifold. 12 volt ignition, starter (6 volt starter running 12 volts works fine) and electric fuel pump with regulator. Other electrical not converted to 12 volts. Mallory duel point ignition.

No rust and straight body but needs finish painting of the body.

New brakes with good Firestone wide whitewall tires, trim rings and stock Deluxe hubcaps.

Good stainless steel trim included, but not installed. New running board covers installed.

Needs headlining and windlace around the doors, not included

New upholstery for seats and door panels included, but not installed.

Rear window glass, passenger side window, windshield glass, included but not installed. 2 side rear window glass and drivers door glass not included.

All window trim and window regulators included, but not installed.

Stainless steel mufflers with dual exhaust and stainless steel exhaust tips.

New hood latch and new trunk handle with lock and keys installed.

New headlights and taillights installed 12 volt.

3 speed column shift transmission original, runs and stops very well.

Wooden tool box covers included in the trunk.

No current license plate but has a clear title.
