Can anyone recommend a book, other ,to help with installation of top, what pieces go where, etc Thanks, Ron

Might try the Mack Hils book - pick ups only. Not sure about whether the tops are covered. Just went out to the shop, lots of pictures with comments but no measurements.

Yes the tops are covered in the Mack Hills book. Quite good photos too.

Mack Hils pickup book isn't very helpful. There are a few items that might be helpful. I have his Open Car and pickup book, that I luckily bought cheaply on eBay or Fordbarn, I can't remember which. In my opinion they aren't worth the price from model A parts suppliers.

it would be good to know the year of your truck I have a '31 RDPU. A picture(s) of the pieces in question would help.

Look at Classtique Upholstery, in Minn, they have video of installing top on a 29 roadster, but it may help.
