How do you remove the stainless from the drip rail without screwing it up? Thanks for the help

Easy but a little tedious. Use a curved pry bar,probably a 20" one. Have the curved convex side toward you then a good wide bladed screwdriver. Rest the screwdriver against the pry bar and the tip of the screw driver under the bottom edge of chrome and work it out. Do this for the full length of the chrome. Go slow and start at the front. You work it just like you would mount or dismount a tire. Let me know if you need a pic. of the pry bar or explain a little better.

I use the classic "church key". Wrap a little masking tape around the flat portion and use the key to hook the small lip on the under side. Work slowly from the front. Once the leading edge is loose it will come loose easily the rest of the way with careful prying.

I still have my GENUINE BUDWEISER KEY and P-38.

I have always wondered about this too. And it can be done without putting a kink in the stainless trim???. What does this church key look like??? Got a picture?

The young are so innocent...





They used to be worn around the neck on a chain for quick use in the field. Would always have to be on the lookout for the wise guy that would slap it against your chest...
