Template needed for a 63 Galaxie 500 XL convertible rear seat belts.

I would drill up from the bottom so as to not mess up what may be hidden. A small hole first, if it isn't right, put in a bolt and nut. I drilled down from the top once and ended up with nuts above the frame.
