In 1932, Ford Australia offered two different model Ford Utes. They were both open, as the Coupe Ute wasn't released until 1934. The Type 304 was the Style Side Ute, while the Type 302 was for the Well Type Ute. These illustrations are from the original Ford Australia Sales Brochure.

Earlier photos of the Australian 1932 Ford Type 304 Style Side Ute in the USA. In these shots, the Side Boards are fitted, which is correct.

Mercury 114 compared with the 118. The difference is ahead of the Firewall.

This is the end result of the 1932 Ford Roadster Ute shown in Post 1595. The Ute body and doors were discarded and a Coupe body was hand built, using VW doors.
