Default model T roadster fenders

can anyone tell me if 25 and 27 rear roadster fender are the same ?

No, they are not. '26 - '27 are.

Since we usually speak of style or model years, a 1926 style built in latter part of the 1925 calendar year would be referred to as a 1926. Ford carried the 1914 style open cars into 1915 calendar year, they are referred to as 1914s.
